Core Energy Coaching™ is a methodology developed by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Instead of focusing only on goals, it looks at the thoughts, emotions, and unconscious beliefs underneath how we act. As clients uncover what is holding them back and see it differently, they learn to shift their energy on purpose, creating change in their work and their lives for more sustainable and lasting results.
